This page explains the information used by the QuickDoctorAtHome website and its booking channels.

Information you choose to share

This website has no booking forms or user accounts. If you call or message us, you may choose to share your name, phone number, address, preferred visit time and information needed to arrange a home visit. Share only what is necessary with the booking team.

How booking information is used

Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, check coverage, arrange the visit and communicate about your booking. Relevant visit details may be shared with the doctor or team member arranging your care.

Advertising measurement and your choice

We use the Google Ads tag to understand visits from our ads and support measurement of contact-button clicks. The tag can process technical information such as page visits, ad identifiers, browser details and IP address. We do not send the content of your calls or WhatsApp messages, your visit address or health information through this tag. Ad personalisation is disabled, and this site does not enable enhanced conversions.

Advertising cookies are denied until you choose Allow measurement. Before you choose, or if you reject cookies, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals under Consent Mode. We enable ad-data redaction when cookies are denied. If you allow measurement, Google can use advertising cookies and ad identifiers to connect a visit with an ad. We have not installed Google Analytics.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change it. Rejecting cookies does not stop you calling or using WhatsApp. A contact-button click is an enquiry signal, not proof that a call connected, a message was sent or a visit was booked.

WhatsApp and phone calls

WhatsApp links open a third-party service, which has its own privacy practices. Phone calls are handled through your phone service. Information you share through those channels is not submitted through a form on this website.
